He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Holland and Goldie Holland; his son John William Holland, Jr.; and his brother Eugene Holland. He is survived by: his wife Patricia D. Holland; his daughter Kimberly Snearey of Newcomerstown, Ohio; his grandsons, Jaysson William Calhoun and Hunter Lee Snearey; and his daughter-in-law Jeanne Gargiucco Holland.
