He is survived by: his children, John I. Blair of Spartanburg, SC, Keith E. Blair of Vincentown, NJ and Lynn Blair Newstroum of Cypress, TX; his grandchildren, Katherine, Shannon, John Thomas, Emily Carole and Drew; and his wife Carole Lewis of Woodside.
