With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johanna Fay Childers of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on May 6, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Shaun Hamill (Susan) of Tarpon, Tim Hamill (Peggy) of Raliegh, NC, Joshua Childers (Paula) of Johnson City, TN, Kelly Winn of Souix Falls, SD and Fara Childers of Blountville, TN; and her grandchildren, Catherine Winn, Tristan Zammit, Ty Hamill, Susanna Hamill, Ryan Hamill, Jonah Childers, Stella Childers, Conner Childers and Sequoia Childers.
