Joanne Locklair Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2020, at the age of 85, Joanne Locklair of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lowington Broach and Gwendolyn Trader Broach; and her husband Joseph Kershaw Locklair. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Locklair (Debbie) of Charleston, David Locklair (Kathy) of Columbia and Randy Locklair (Claudia) of Murrells Inlet; her stepchildren, Fran Kelley and Dot Byrd; her grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Jessica, Jonathan, David, Dru and Kaitee; and her brother David Broach (Betty) of Matthews, NC.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will hold a private funeral service directed by Belk Funeral Home.
