He is survived by: his wife Fray Lowe; his sons, Cooper Jay Lowe (Sonya Lowe), Dustin Jay Lowe and Dakota Alan Lowe; his grandchildren, Cooper Jay Lowe Jr. (Symantha Lowe) and Katelyn Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Evelynn Lowe and Genevieve Lowe.
