He is survived by: his wife Donna Harbin McMahan; his stepchildren, Linda Jo Koshar (Joe), Jimmy Carman (Tina), Jeff McMahan (Jamie) and Jody Herbst (Greg); and his brother William Smith of Washington. He is also survived by other loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
