He is survived by: his wife Diana Kay Garrity; his sons, Jason James Garrity (Anna) and James Matthew Garrity (Kelly); his siblings, Linda Garrity (Rory Hurley) and Michael Garrity; his mother-in-law Helen Tomb; his grandchildren, Taylor (Scott), Ryan (Nikki), Moira and Rowan; and his great grandchild Sadie. He is also survived by his wife, his children, his grand children and his great grandchildren.
