With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Banack (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), who passed away on November 12, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Egan and Helen Egan. She is survived by: her husband John H. Banack; her sons, James J. Banack (Sherry Banack) of Middlefield, CT. and Dennis M. Banack (Nancy Banack) of Wallingford, CT.; her grandchildren, Amanda, James, Errick, Jake, Sarra, Kristyn and Scott; her brother-in-law Joseph E. Banack (Carol Banack); her niece Melissa Gilligna; and her nephew Christopher Banack.
The family requests that memorial contributions in Jacquelyn's name be made to the Alzheimer's Association of South Carolina chapter, 4124 Clemson Blvd., Suite L., Anderson, SC 29621.
