She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Jack Altman; and her siblings, Lucy Reeves and Roger Altman. She is survived by: her parent Lucy Lee Altman; her husband Willis Haselden, Jr. of Murrells Inlet; her son Willis Haselden, III; her wife Jean of Murrells Inlet; her daughter Vicki Johns; her sister Linda Ellis (Robbie) of Durham, NC; and also, Bobby Haselden (Joyce) of Johnsonville and Brett Haselden (Marie) of Johnsonville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
