He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lewis and Gail Martin Beam; and his sister Penny Reeder. He is survived by: his wife Missy Dawsey Lewis; his brothers, Jeff Lewis of Clover, Randall Lewis of Cherryville, NC, Brian Lewis (Jackie Johnson) of Conway and Jody Lewis (Emily) of Conway; and his stepmother Juanita Lewis of Conway. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
