He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Hecht and Miriam Rosen Hecht; his wife Rachelle Cohen Hecht of Murrells Inlet; his children, Randi Hecht (Glen Weiner) of Tarrytown, NY and Evan Hecht (Amy) of Grand Island, NY; his grandchildren, Spencer, Jenna, Cameron and Bailey; and his siblings, Paul Hecht (Paula) and Mindy Gabriel (Steve) of Hastings. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
