Henry Bramlett Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Bramlett Sr. of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie S. Bramlett and Beulah Baker Bramlett; his wife Elma Bramlett; and his siblings, Bessie, Bonnie, Billy, Harold, Lee, Robert, Laverne and Sidney.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Bramlett DuRant of Sumter, Luke Bramlett Jr. (Marie) of St. Matthews and Beverly Bramlett Brinson of Sumter; his close friend Carolyn Holmes; his son Dave Bramlett of Kirkland; his grandchildren, Dixie DuRant of Charleston, Delta DuRant Tompkins (Kellen) of Sumter, Michelle Holbrook of Georgia, Jazlyn Haynes of Sumter and Vayda Jenkins; and his siblings, Ruth Bramlett Edwards, Doris Milligan, Ellen Tidwell and Richard Bramlett.

Luke's favorite hobby was making other people's trash his treasure so in lieu of flowers please remember him by putting something you consider trash out by the road and enjoy seeing someone come by and pick it up as their treasure.
