He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Jennifer Carol Holder and Sharyl C. Myers (Robert Myers); his grandsons, David M. Myers, James Scott Combs, Mark Carlyle, Jason Myers, Jeff Carlyle and Jonathan Holder; and his niece Deborah Griffin.
