He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anthony Cella and Catherine Cella; and his grandson Marshall. He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Beaty of Murrells Inlet; his nieces, Beth, Katherine and Ann; his nephew John Jr.; his sons, Bobby, Keith II, Hoyt and Eric; and also, Keith III, Morgan, Brandon, Jordyn and Serena.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Frank's name to Help 4 Kids, 2523 Forestbrook Rd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
