He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horn and Anna L. Horn; and his sister-in-law Billie Joe Horn. He is survived by: his wife Nicky Horn; his daughter Michele Buening (Michael) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Nicholas Buening of Columbus, OH, Sydney Buening and Carter Buening of Myrtle Beach, SC; his brother Pat Horn of Kearney, MO; and his nephews, Patrick Horn and Richard Horn.
