It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Midgette (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Champion and George Champion; and her husband Robert Bryant Midgette. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Stone (Chip) of Raleigh, Patty Apple (Andy) of Myrtle Beach and Katie Dold of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Champ (Angie), Ray, Sydney, Drew (Caroline), Patrick (Maggie), Becca (Kevin) and Carter; her great grandchildren, Crosby, Sadie, Hunter, Anna, Davis, Holden and Bailey; her friend Montrese Cuttray; and her nephews, John (Teresa), Chuck (Sharon), Bill (Judy) and Bob Midgette (Christine).
