It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Charles Hanna of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rollie Hanna; and her parents, Nannie Jones and Doctor Broadus Jones of Wake Forest. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Bill Ross; her son John; her daughter-in-law Libby Charles; her grandchildren, Sara Hawks (Ben), Will Ross, Rusty Charles (Jenny) and Jennifer Charles; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Eli Imerman, Lily, Georgie Hawks, Beth and Erin Charles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Belin Memorial United Methodist Church.
