She is survived by: her husband Ron; her sons, Kevin (Sheila) and Keith (Jeanette); her sister Sue (Keith); her grandchildren, Patrick, Kristen, Derrick, Kelly and Keira; her nieces, Joanne (Rod), Kyra (Dell), Kristen (Myles) and Karla (Grady); and her nephew Glenn (Lori).
In lieu of flowers, Donna's favorite charities were St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Boy's Town.
