She was predeceased by: her son Paul Kibler; and her parents, Alice Dulaney and Freddie Dulaney. She is survived by: her husband Willam Daniel Kibler; her children, Jamie Steros, Lori Kibler, Marie Vaughn and Willam Daniel Kibler, Jr. (Donna); and her pet Penny. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
