We bid farewell to Donald Murray Maher of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 19, 2024 at the age of 81. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Maher and Edward Maher; his stepfather William Titus; his brothers, Thomas and Stephen Maher; and his grandson Austin Maher.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Walsh; his children, Mark Maher of Weathersfield, CT, Marlo Toce of Weathersfield, CT and Maggie Laterza (Roman) of Greer, SC; his grandchildren, Daniel, Alanna, Alexis, Aaron, Eliza and Ford; his great grandchild Brooklyn; his brothers-in-law, Robert Walsh (Irene) and Mark Walsh (Lisa); his nephews, Joe, Dustin, Sean and Matthew Walsh; and his niece Jessica Walsh Villarrubia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National MS Society and Cancer Society.
