He is survived by: his wife Catherine Esposito of Murrells Inlet, SC; his sons, Donald Richard Keegan, Jr. (Kelly) of Mastic, NY, David Matthew Keegan and Timothy John Keegan (Ginger) of Pawleys Island; his stepdaughter Donna Nickerson; his grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Grace, Kaitlyn, Skyler and Mikey; his sisters, Helen Daddio of Ronkoma, NY, Margaret Auganno of Dix Hills, NY, Jessie Malone and Cheryl Andrews of Palm Coast, FL; his sister-in-law Joanne Esposito; his niece Christine Mugnolo (Albert) of Manalapan, NJ; and his nephews, Michael Tarulli of Manhattan, NY, William Fichner (Kim) of Los Angelos, CA and Michael Daddio (Alice) of Queens, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
