She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Causey; and her parents, H. L. Lewis and Mary Lee Lundy. She is survived by: her son Richard (Cristal) of Conway; her grandchildren, Jordin Rider (Matt), Hunter Causey (Judith) and Berkley Causey; her great grandchildren, Johnathan Rider, Samuel Rider, Cap Causey, Mary Katherine Causey and Kitt Causey; her brothers, Chris Lundy of California and Jerry Lundy (Lisa) of Conway; her aunt Azilee Allen; and her cousins, Sandra Sloan and Donna Horton. She is also survived by several nephews, cousins, and friends.
