It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darryl Jarvis Hammond Sr. (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hammond and Louise McLean Hammond; and his brother Bumps Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hammond; his children, Darryl "Bike" Hammond and Wendy "Woo" Hammond; and his grandchildren, Sevin Garret, Sierra Wenrich and Hannah Wenrich.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the VFW at 4359 Hwy 17 North, Murrells Inlet 29576.
