He was predeceased by: his parents, Urbane F Walters and Dallice Estridge Walters; his wife Billie Raye Blalock Walters; and his sister Frondia W. Cauthen. He is survived by: his children, Debbie W. Bolynn (Surfside Beach), Patricia Walters (Murrells Inlet), Tiffany Walters of Harrisburg, PA, Christina W. Burzler (Conway) and Mike Walters; his granddaughters, Amanda Wright, Brittany Brunson and Katie Brunson; his great grandchildren, Michael Walters, Liliana Burzler and Luke Burzler; and his pet Billi. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mr. Walters' name to the Garden City Baptist Church, 501 Pine Ave, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
