He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Cusack, Sr. and Cecile Virginia Cusack; and his grandson Chandler Newsome. He is survived by: his wife Debra Leviner "Debbie" Cusack; his children, Dawn Cusack (Jami Lafon) and Chris Cusack (Christina); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Hydrick (Tucker), Seneca, Tanner Newsome, Myrtle Beach, Christopher Cusack, Conway, Delanie Newsome and Callahan Cusack; his stepgrandson Kai Manning; his great grandchildren, Elliot Weeks and Brooks Hydrick; his sisters, Virginia McElvaney (Ron) of Victoria, TX and Beth Piatt (Monty); and his mother-in-law Shirley Leviner (Myrtle Beach). He is also survived by 3 nieces.
