He is survived by: his parents, Linda Spivey Cook of Murrells Inlet, SC and Grover McDonald Cook (Cecelia Cook) of Albemarle, NC; his daughters, Kelsey Lynn Cook and Olivia Jane Cook of Albemarle, NC; his sister Summer Nicole Cook of Richfield, NC; his grandfather Charles Douglas Spivey; his nephew Clint Harris; his niece Aubrey Caviness; and his friend Donna Ivey.
