We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2024, at the age of 74, Carol Ann Rausch of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carol may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her husband Peter; her children, Matthew and Becky Thornton; and her granddaughters, Ainsley and Hayes Thornton.
