He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Blake and Mary Emma Blake (Cessna). He is survived by: his wife Anne Blake; his children, Patrick Blake (Krissy), Michael Blake and Erin Clay (David); his grandchildren, Christian Blake (Juliette), Caroline Blake, Andrew Blake, David Clay and Adam Clay; his great grandchild Flora Blake; and his siblings, William Blake (Jean) and Elizabeth Dow (Roger). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
