He was predeceased by: his father Charles; and his brother Charlie Collins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bass Collins of Mullins; his children, Daphne Collins and Chris Collins; and his sisters, Rozenna Graham (Jack) of Mullins and Sandra Altman (Paul) of Galivants Ferry.
