He was predeceased by: his parent Augusta Edwards. He is survived by: his son Ronald Patrick Edwards, Jr.; his mother Frances Edwards; his siblings, Joann McNeil, Shirley Edwards, Dwayne Edwards (Pete) and Howard Edwards; his nieces, Francesca and Sheena; his nephew Korraye; and his close friend Cleveland Nance (Speedy). He is also survived by five great nieces and two great nephews; one uncle, six aunts.
