She was predeceased by: her parents, Prossie Milligan and Mertie Ray Milligan Springs; her daughters, Gloria J. Bell, Pam J. Owens and Angela J. Shelley (Austin Jackson); her granddaughter Lisa Chocolate; and her siblings, Reverend Wilbur Milligan, Sam Milligan, Marie Sarvis and Shelby Norton.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis J. Luff (Roland) of Mullins; her grandchildren, Brian Wallace (Angela) of Mullins and Brittany Shelley of Mullins; her brother Horace Milligan (Shirley) of Raleigh, N. C.; her grandsons, Derek Bell (Brie) and Justin Altman (Ashleigh); her great grandchild Bree Wallace; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley and Hazel Milligan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
