He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lloyd Collins and Zell McDaniels Collins; and his sisters, Dianne Doolittle and Susie Hill. He is survived by: his brother James Howard Collins (Lorraine) of Loris; his nephews, John Collins, Jerry Collins, Darin Doolittle, Paul Doolittle and Gregory Hill; and his brother-in-law Donnie Hill of Mullins.
