He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. "Ted" Lane and Miriam Inez Lane. He is survived by: his wife Amelia "Amy" McMillan Lane; his children, John Charles Lane (Ashley) of Latta, David Carroll Lane (Luanne) of Dillon, Daniel James Lane of Latta, Matthew Keith Lane of Loris and Amelia Meredith Lane; and his grandchildren, Colby, Jesse, Raegan and Seth.
