He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon James S. Mobley and Bishop Sara Jane Mobley (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Burgess Mobley; his child Je'Mar Andrell Mobley; and his siblings, Bishop Jacqueline Mobley Harris, Rev. Janetha Mobley Nixon, Minister Jewel Mobley Willis and James A. Mobley.
