We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2021, at the age of 92, Jean Evelyn Brown Harrelson of Mullins, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Henry Harrelson; her parents, Willie Arthur Brown and Alice Evelyn Alford Brown; and her siblings, Agnes Dotherine Brown Tate, Lois Janet Brown Permenter and A. Laverne Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Claire Harrelson Allen (Robert) of Papillion Nebraska and Judy Marie Harrelson Burns (Joseph) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Michael David Fulp of Columbia, Robert Clair Allen, III of Seattle, Washington, Bradford Douglas Allen (Sarah) of Hepzibah, Georgia, Garrett Courtright Allen of Baltimore, Maryland, James Tyler Burns of Rock Hill and Elizabeth Harrelson Burns Stevens (Stuart) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, James Cooper Burns, Joseph William Burns, Adiah William Jackson, Alexander Layton Linnane, Trystan Michael Linnane and Korben Henry Allen; and her siblings, W. Grace Brown Capps, Ruby Alice Brown Pittman and Don L. Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to the First Baptist Church in Mullins.
