He was predeceased by: his father Harry Everette Rogers; his son James Harry Rogers II; and his brother Ronald Allen Rogers. He is survived by: his daughter Tara Rogers Garris (Kevin) of Green Sea; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Laney Garris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
