She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Joan Harley and Charlie Harley; her grandparents, Alton, Stacie Campbell and Christian; and her husband Wilbert Bernard Parrish.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Andre Harley (Yolanda) of Pennsylvania, Wilbert Parrish of New Jersey, Max Julian Parrish of Mullins, SC and Nicole Parrish of New York; her siblings, Thomas Walker (Helen) of Maryland, Michael Walker (Marie) of Florida and Stacy Harley of Baltimore; her cousins, Clyton Campbell of Maryland and Ernest Brown (Peggy) of North Carolina; her granddaughter Aaliyah Parrish; and her close friend Joseph Phillips of Coatesville, PA..
