She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton H. Barfield and Edna Hayes Barfield; her daughter Barbara Jean Hill Collins; her siblings, Billy, Burnette, Hubert Barfield and Hilda Elliott; and her grandson Robbie Collins.
She is survived by: her brother Bank; her husband Bob; her children, Joey Hill of Manning, Greg Hill (Edy) of Mt. Pleasant, Donnie Hill (Susie) of Mullins, Virginia Mae Altman of Lexington, Rhonda Kay McColl (Doug) of Mullins, Sharon Elvington (Harold) of Mullins and Sheila Purvell of Florida; her sisters, Patricia Miller of Nichols, Gail Hooks of Sumter and Kay Floyd (Harlan) of Loris; her sister-in-law Libby Barfield; her grandchildren, Gregory Hill (Casey), Wesley McColl (Krista), Matt McColl (Ryn), Madison, Bailee Elvington, David Wannamaker (Nancy), Timothy Altman (Lisa), Ginger Jordan (David), Chris Collins and Kari Purvell; and her great grandchildren, Lacey, Lilah Grace, Laura Hill, Maggie McColl, Tori, Nola Wannamaker, David Paul, Patrick and Hollis Jordan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
