She was predeceased by: her parents, Less Lane and Sula Hood Lane; and her siblings, Harry Lee Lane, Jerry Lane, Mary Alice Turner (William) and Aileen McInnis (Johnny).
She is survived by: her husband Douglas L. Atkinson; her son Will Eskridge (Crystal) of Marion; her granddaughters, Paige, Lauren and Claire Eskridge; her stepdaughter Gail Atkinson Hardaway (Graham) of Greenville; her stepgranddaughters, Mary Hazel "Maisy" and Eliza Ruth Hardaway; and her sister Marie Hayes Frazier (Prentis) of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
