Freddie Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Davis of Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Hyman Davis Sr. and Bessie Mae Davis; and his siblings, Hyman Davis Jr., Maebell Greene, Maggie Johnson and Margie Phillips (Jasper).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Davis of Conyers; his children, Beverly Scott (James), Freddie Davis Jr. and Trina Davis of Conyers; his grandchildren, TaMyra Davis, Aaron Davis, Jamilia Scott and Jaqua Bethea; and his great grandchildren, Akeem Seekie, Zion Davis, Raeni Scott and Na'Layah Bethea. He is also survived by one brother in law, four sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eloise Troy Chapel (247 NE Front St, Mullins, SC 29574). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Old Field Missionary Baptist Church (6212 Old Field Ct, Mullins, SC 29574).
