Frances Schuler Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Schuler Owens of Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Laurie Paul Owens; her son Franky Owens; her brother Fred Schuler; and her granddaughter Christy Owens. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn O. Hoover of Sumter and Libby O. Walker (Bill) of Summerville; her grandchildren, Todd Hoover, Heath Hoover, Reid Hanna, Franc Owens and Ashlyn Owens; and her cousin Smith McMillan (Jimmy Ammons). She is also survived by three step-granddaughters, six step-grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
