We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2022, at the age of 94, Doris Godbold Johnson of Mullins, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar Godbold and Mary Elizabeth "Bessie" Williams Godbold; and her siblings, Oscar Godbold, Freddie Godbold, Travis Godbold, Vincent Godlbold, Herbert Godbold, Nellie Newell and Ruth Swintz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Georgette Britt of Mullins and Sarah Richardson (Russ) of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Gillian Britt, Ren Britt and Kelly Fritts (Cody); her great grandchild Mabel Penelope Fritts; and her sister-in-law Nell Godbold.
