He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary B. Collins and Mary Ford Collins; and his brother Thelbert Collins. He is survived by: his pet Gage; his wife Dottie Ard Collins of Mullins; and his siblings, Winston Collins (Rebecca) of West Columbia, Buddy Collins (Jane) of Mullins, Kaye Bradley of Nichols and Deanna Simons (Gill) of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with great- and great-great nieces and nephews.
