It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Michael Collins (Mullins, South Carolina), who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Chris Collins and Dina Collins; and his brother Anthony Palmer.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation in Michael's name.
