We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 81, Cecil Lockwood of Mullins, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie Maxwell and John Maxwell; and his brother Steve Maxwell (Lois Sawyer). He is survived by: his children, Brian Maxwell (Michele), Carey Moore (Rob), Karen Turner (Robbie) and Brenda Hitzeman (Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Emily, Nolan Maxwell, Parker, Brighton Moore, Ashton Mcalister (Shane), Meghan, Ryan Johnson, Raylean Turner, Corey, Eli Mcalister and Woody.
