He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Catherine Collins Hill. He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Collins; his daughters, Kimberly C. Brown (Don) of Maineville and Susan Collins of Mullins; and his grandchildren, Collin, Trevor (Mary Ezzell) and Lasey Collins. He is also survived by his family and friends.
If you would like to remember Billy, the family suggests that donations be made in his memory to three very special organizations that helped provide them with a handicapped ramp at their home, including Mission Mullins, Celebrate Recovery, and the Methodist Men.
