He was predeceased by: his parent Isaac Erett. He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Lee Nelson Jacks; his parent Allie Bell Fuller Jacks; his siblings, George M. Jacks (Ann) of Lynchburg, VA and Doris T. Moore of Taylors, SC; his grandchildren, Chris Hatley, Melissa Hatley, Jamie Crisp, Kirby Payne, Caitlan Springer and Alex Payne; his great grandchildren, Zachary Burns and Emilia Springer; and his pet Booboo.
