With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Manning Sr. of Mountain Rest, South Carolina, born in Big Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manning and Vera Manning. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fowler Manning; and his children, Ramona Randolph of Alpharetta, GA, Nancy Armour of Cumming, GA and Will Manning, Jr. of Mountain Rest. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
