She is survived by: her husband Donald Phillips; her siblings, Linda Lowery (Bob) of Mountain Rest and Jack Carter (Kita) of Mountain Rest; her nephew Robby Lowery (Lynn); her niece Brittany Guinn (Cory); her great-nephews, Kole Lowery and Garrett Lowery; and her great-niece Willow Grace Guinn.
