It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Hamby (Mountain Rest, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Horace Glenn, Curtis and Betty Wells. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Baskin Hamby of Mountain Rest, SC; his parents, Mark Gregory "Greg" Hamby of Rockwell, NC and Sandra Gail Wells Hamby of Pendleton; his children, Dawsyn Hamby, John Hamby and Kloe Hamby; his brothers, Brett Hamby (Brittney) of Rockwell, NC and Jonathan Hamby (Gabby) of Townville; and his grandmother Clara Glenn of Townville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
